Wedding VIP

The Wedding VIP package includes the following:

• VIP room (max 10 people) for one hour
• VIP coordinator
• If you are flying in conjunction with the wedding, baggage check-in is included for the bridal couple and any accompanying children (up to the age of 18)
• Separate security screening
• Booking of a wedding officiant or minister

Price: SEK 3,500  (including SEK 700 in VAT). The price does not include travel expenses for the wedding officiant (approx. SEK 300-500), which is to be paid in cash on the day. 

You can also choose to add drinks and other refreshments.

Wedding VIP+

With Wedding VIP+, a little additional time together in the VIP room is available for the couple alone or with friends and relatives.

The Wedding VIP+ package includes the following:

• VIP room (max 10 people) for two hours
• VIP coordinator
• A bottle of Lanson champagne or an alcohol-free alternative
• If you are flying in conjunction with the wedding, baggage check-in is included for the bridal couple and any accompanying children (up to the age of 18)
• Separate security screening
• Booking of a wedding officiant or minister

Price: SEK 5,500 (including SEK 1,100 in VAT). The price does not include travel expenses for the wedding officiant (approx. SEK 300-500), which is to be paid in cash on the day. 

You can also choose to add other drinks and refreshments.

Wedding package supplements

• Travel by limousine to and from the airport. Contact Scandinavian Limousine and mention “airport wedding” (“flygplatsvigsel”) to get their special offer.
• Stay the night at a hotel, either near the airport at Landvetter Airport Hotel or at Avalon Hotel in the city centre. Mention “airport wedding” (“flygplatsvigsel”) to get their special offer.
